Explore Ross. Discover hidden surprises!

Ross Auxiliary invites neighbors to join in The Great Spring Hunt, a community-wide walk or bike challenge for all ages that kicks off Saturday, March 27. We’ve partnered with our wonderful Ross residents to create a fun-filled, pre-set route that’s roughly 2.5 miles. Each block of the route features a different spring theme—bunnies, eggs, rainbows, flowers, sunshines or chicks—with items hidden in plain sight for you to discover as you walk or bike. How many hidden surprises can you spot? Tally as you go!

After you complete The Great Spring Hunt and the Coloring Page (child and adult versions available) bring it to the Spring Hunt Drop Box outside the Ross Post Office to be put on display in the Post Office windows. Pick up a special The Great Spring Hunt Map when you get your Spring Cookie Decorating Kits at the Post Office Friday, March 26 or download below. If downloading, you only need to turn in the Coloring Page to the Spring Hunt Drop Box.

Hunt Guidelines:

  • Walk or bike our preset, 2.5 mile route and visually search for spring-themed surprises hidden in plain sight.

  • Tally the number of items you find on each street on your Hunt Map as you go.

  • This is not a scavenger hunt and no items should be taken.

  • This is a COVID-friendly visual hunt for participants to spot items from the street. Please do not go on residents' private property.

  • Please wear a mask and practice social distancing.

  • Complete the companion color sheet and return to the Post Office to be put on display.
